Contemporary petrochemical productions maintain strict control over contents of adverse chemicals in workplace air. Despite that, the chemical factor remains one major harmful occupational factors and can produce effects on workers’ health by increasing, among other things, risks general somatic diseases. Given prevention chronic non-communicable diseases workers employed at a vital challenge for medicine. A way to tackle it is timely detect risk groups relying on, analysis genetic peculiarities. This article presents study with 140 volunteers participating it; they had basic occupations required contemporary butyl rubber production. It was conducted within periodical medical examination that involved using up-to-date hygienic, clinical-laboratory methods. The included hygienic assessment analyzed production, hematologic biochemical blood indicators, identification status as per rs1052133 polymorphic variant OGG1 gene severity DNA breaks. revealed produced based deviations indicators obtained tests indicator enzyme identification, damage. Following results, group created state hepatobiliary system. To preserve health, necessary implement certain preventive measures include providing safe working conditions regards factor, detection rehabilitation activities.
